Kışın Kuruyan Ciltler İçin Nem Depolama Rehberi
Soğuk hava + rüzgâr + kapalı ortam ısısı derken cilt hızla su kaybeder. Kış bakımı; “daha yağlı krem sürmekten” fazlasıdır: nemi cilde çekmek + kilitlemek gerekir.
Kışın cilt neden daha çok kurur?
Düşük nem oranı → transepidermal su kaybı artar.
Sıcak duş → bariyer lipitlerini azaltır.
Sert temizleyiciler → cildi daha da kurutur.
Nem rutininin 2 ana ayağı: humectant + occlusive
Humectant (nem çeken): Hyaluronic acid, glycerin
Occlusive (kilitleyen): Squalane, seramidli kremler
Sadece hyaluronic kullanıp üstüne krem sürmezsen, bazı ciltlerde kuruluk artabilir.
Kış için “kat kat nem” yöntemi (Kore usulü)
Tonik/essence’i 1 kat değil 2-3 ince kat uygula.
Üstüne serum.
En son seramidli nemlendirici.
Maske günü planı (haftada 1-2)
Duştan sonra (cilt nemliyken) nem maskesi.
Ardından mutlaka krem.
Koresepeti’nde kışın en çok arananlar genelde: seramidli kremler + cica + yoğun nem maskeleri.
